{"id":1386,"date":"2024-09-20T14:03:57","date_gmt":"2024-09-20T12:03:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thecontentstation.com\/?p=1386"},"modified":"2024-09-25T14:28:50","modified_gmt":"2024-09-25T12:28:50","slug":"content-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecontentstation.com\/es\/content-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Content Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objective for the role of the Content Manager is to oversee all of the content needs for the projects within a client hub, working with both internal and external team members, ensuring content is developed from concept to final sign off for our clients and ensuring on-brief, on-time and under-budget delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Content Manager reports to the Project Manager, Senior PM and the Senior Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accountable for ensuring the appropriate quality controls are in place across the projects in their hub that will meet the satisfaction of the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accountable for ensuring that there is correct resourcing in place for the content and editorial needs of the projects within the hub.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accountable for ensuring the briefing, contracting and commissioning and quality procedures are followed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accountable for monitoring the schedules and budgets for content delivery, working closely with the PM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure clients are provided with a professional, responsive, and rewarding customer experience, delivering to the brief.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In collaboration with the Senior Project Manager, identify, resource, and manage the content creation process across the projects within their hub, on time, and on budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage editorial freelancers and in-house editors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare editorial briefs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take responsibility for quality assurance checks of content development and all stages of editorial production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the editorial QA stages for all projects to the highest standard, utilizing methods and tools as appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be involved at all stages of the content development process (manuscript development and author feedback, content\/copy editing, artwork review, photo selection, audio preparation, recording attendance and post-production feedback, proofreading).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with the digital content team to resolve content queries for digital adaptation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide training or refresher sessions to editors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify resourcing needs and manage the content resources as needed for each project, including translators, various editors, proofreaders, illustrators, audio producers, and designers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the content team, per project, is fully briefed, onboarded, and has clear guidelines, using TCS checklists and guidance documents as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review all content created by others for appropriateness, quality, and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all client guidelines have been adhered to, and all acceptance criteria met, at all agreed milestones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend client-facing and internal meetings, as needed for each project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be prepared to troubleshoot and work with a solutions-based approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remuneration: negotiable depending on experience\/seniority<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Location: flexible\/home-based<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Education level: degree +<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please send your applications to <a href=\"mailto:gcobisa@thecontentstation.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gcobisa@thecontentstation.com<\/a>.
