Benefits & Results
This project was exceptionally challenging and rewarding. First, the timeframes for the project were very short, especially considering we needed to adapt ten coursebooks ranging in length from 220 to nearly 500 pages, but also an array of audio and digital content, which required reworking. All of this we delivered on time and to budget.
Secondly, in our adaptation, we needed to maintain the original structure, quality and feel of the course, while editing and rewriting a significant proportion of the original content to make it culturally and linguistically appropriate for learners in the Middle East. Pearson approved all of our changes.
Finally, we were required to closely map the revised offering to Pearsons’ Global Scale of English, and we used our training to deliver this with a high level of expertise and precision.
Using our team’s resources and diverse knowledge base, The Content Station was able to produce a fantastic, user-friendly, and culturally specific product which efficiently and effectively filled the needs of our client and the target market.
